Christ Must Have First Place

Read: Colossians 1:18

"...so that He might come to have first place in everything."

Paul's goal is unmistakable: Jesus deserves first place. Not second. Not somewhere on the list.

First.

Christ's supremacy extends beyond the church building into every part of our lives—our homes, careers, finances, relationships, and priorities. When Jesus has first place, everything else begins to find its proper place.

Reflect:

• What competes with Christ for first place in my life?

• What practical step can I take today to honor His supremacy?

Prayer:

Jesus, You alone deserve first place. Forgive me when I allow other priorities to crowd You out. Rule over every area of my life. Amen.
